Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

  • Leading e-commerce projects, developing global e-commerce strategies, creating comprehensive e-commerce toolkits
  • Establishing long-term relations with global and local clients Interacting with strategy and creative teams to ensure client’s requests are clearly communicated and on task
  • Creating and maintaining project calendars to keep client’s projects on schedule for completion and release
  • Preparing cost estimations, monitoring projects budgets


What you’ll need to succeed:

Required:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in the Client Service area
  • Experience in an agency environment (digital, E-commerce, marketing…)
  • Experience in project management and interacting with other teams
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Open mind – eagerness to learn new things, not afraid to ask questions
  • Focus on results and know the value of reliability
  • Stress resilience and a knack for problem solving

Desired:

  • Experience in working with global Client
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce and digital industry
