🏡 What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of medical office buildings
- Manage tenant relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Lead budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control initiatives
- Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor performance
- Ensure compliance with lease terms, regulations, and company standards
- Partner with leasing teams to support occupancy and revenue goals
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain asset quality and performance
- Manage and mentor on-site staff and third-party vendors
- Prepare reports and provide performance updates to leadership
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and asset value

🎒 What It Takes
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience
- Experience managing medical office or healthcare real estate preferred
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting
- Proven ability to manage vendors, tenants, and property operations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and properties effectively
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Tenant-focused with a service-driven mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Adaptable and capable of handling complex property needs
- $100,000+ annual compensation (depending on experience)
