You’ll work closely with internal subject-matter experts across Creative, Performance, and Web teams, synthesizing inputs into clear recommendations aligned with client goals and scope. At a small agency, this role requires ownership, judgment, and strong communication — the buck stops with you.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with multiple clients and key stakeholders
- Provide proactive, strategic recommendations aligned with client business goals
- Act as steward of client scope, balancing contractual boundaries with strategic flexibility
- Lead client communication across email, calls, presentations, and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities early and raise flags when needed
- Support onboarding of new clients in partnership with Business Development
- Ensure adherence to project management, budget, and timekeeping standards
- Present strategies, reports, and recommendations confidently to clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and renew packages
- Final review and delivery of client-facing work
- Support process improvements across accounts and internal workflows
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or client-facing project management (agency experience required)
- Strong comfort with direct communication (phone/video), not relying solely on async tools
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, including paid media, ecommerce, websites, SEO, Shopify, Klaviyo, and paid social
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into strategic insights
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
Location: Latin America (Remote)
Compensation: $2,000–$3,000/month (depending on experience)
