Product Manager

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Drive product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with Smartly's strategic goals
• Own the roadmap for key areas of our platform — including the consumer loan request flow, lender matching logic, and partner integrations
• Work closely with engineering, data science, compliance, and growth teams to ship products that improve consumer outcomes and lender conversion
• Engage directly with customers, lenders, and affiliate partners to gather feedback and translate insights into prioritized product improvements
• Define and track meaningful metrics — approval rates, match quality, funnel conversion, partner performance — and use data to guide decisions
• Navigate lending compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure every product we ship meets industry standards
• Communicate product vision, progress, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and leadership

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, consumer lending, or marketplace products
• Familiarity with personal lending, lead generation, or consumer credit — BNPL, installment loans, or loan marketplace models are a strong plus
• Knowledge of performance marketing, particularly lead generation or distribution in fintech
• Background in software development, QA, or solutions engineering is a plus
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high ownership and shifting priorities
• Russian language proficiency required
