Assistant Brand Manager

In this role, you'll bring marketing plans to life across Retail and Foodservice, working alongside a passionate cross‑functional team. You'll partner closely with the Head of Portfolio, Marketing and Senior Brand Manager, playing a hands-on role in shaping campaigns, product launches and brand experiences.
What You Will Be Doing
- Execute brand strategy by bringing our 3‑year and annual portfolio plans to life, driving brand growth, equity and customer preference
- Deliver standout marketing campaigns, supporting innovation, communications, and product launches from concept through to execution
- Own brand projects end‑to‑end, including product extensions, renovations, packaging, digital media (DME) and internal launches
- Turn insights into impact by using data, trends and performance metrics to optimise ROI, pricing, range and volume decisions
- Collaborate and influence across teams and agencies, managing timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications to ensure flawless execution
- 1-2 years experience in brand or marketing roles (FMCG background preferable)
- A degree in Marketing or Business (or similar)
- Exposure to consumer or shopper campaigns
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills (essential)
