About the role: We’re on the hunt for a Senior Brand Manager ( 12 Month Maternity Cover) to join our very talented team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for ensuring Go-To’s brand presence is strong, consistent, and engaging across all touch points. You’ll oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, retail initiatives, and activations, ensuring everything aligns with our brand strategy and objectives.
You’ll collaborate closely with the content, digital, design, and retail partners to plan and execute campaigns, manage promotions, drive activations, and support customer acquisition and retention strategies. What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the Go-To brand voice, ensuring consistency across all channels and marketing materials.
- Developing and executing product strategies in alignment with the brand’s vision and market trends.
- Collaborating with the CMO and product team throughout the NPD process, ensuring marketing and
- Managing and maintaining the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns, activations, promotions,
- Working with the content team to plan, execute, and schedule social content aligned with our marketing strategy.
- Supporting the planning and execution of promotional activities, including key campaigns like Peach
- Assisting in analysing campaign performance and using insights to optimise future strategies.
- Collaborating with customer service to ensure they’re across all upcoming marketing activities,
- Leading the execution of retail campaigns and activations in partnership with key retailers like Mecca.
- Managing and optimising the loyalty program, including planning and executing Tier 5 Loyalty
- Coordinating customer seeding, product trials, and surprise-and-delight moments to strengthen
- Supporting reporting and analytics, including campaign performance, social insights, product trends,
- Leading and managing a team of four direct reports spanning marketing, partnerships, and customer
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- 5+ years in a similar role, with experience in brand marketing, campaign execution, activations, content strategy, and loyalty programs.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
- A passion for brand storytelling and a talent for maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Experience working on promotional campaigns, social content, activations, retail partnerships, product launches, and loyalty initiatives.
- A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
- A collaborative approach—you love working cross-functionally and thrive in a team environment.
- A commercial mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
The Important Bits: This is a full-time role based in Sydney, with a flexible WFH policy. Salary is TBD depending on experience.
