Business Analyst / Product Manager – Salesforce FSC & Banking Onboarding

Location: Dallas, TX

Role Type: Contract (Onsite)


Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / Product Manager to support a strategic initiative within our client’s Wealth Management group in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable customer onboarding and service workflows leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of product thinking and business analysis, with deep expertise in consumer banking workflows, onboarding journeys, and control-oriented process design. This role will play a critical part in defining, designing, and executing capabilities that ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and superior user experience.


Responsibilities

  • Define and document business requirements, user journeys, and workflow mappings across onboarding and servicing processes
  • Drive prioritization of product features aligned with business value and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, compliance, and technology teams
  • Identify and embed control points within workflows to support compliance requirements such as AML and KYC
  • Lead design and optimization of end-to-end customer onboarding and origination journeys
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce FSC capabilities into banking workflows
  • Partner with technical teams to support workflow automation and system integrations
  • Support CRM AI enablement initiatives and contribute to intelligent workflow design
  • Work closely with engineering teams on Salesforce configuration, workflow automation, and integration build
  • Participate in UAT planning, execution, and validation of business requirements
  • Contribute to the development of advisor-facing and investor-facing digital capabilities
  • Enable case management, service request workflows, and account lifecycle management processes
  • Support integration with external systems including US Treasury and other regulatory platforms
  • Ensure strong governance, auditability, and regulatory alignment across all workflows
  • Drive standardization, exception handling, and process visibility across multiple workstreams


Required Skills

  • Product Management & Business Analysis: 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis roles
  • Salesforce FSC: Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud including person accounts, relationship groups, and banking data models
  • Banking Domain: Deep understanding of consumer banking, wealth management, onboarding, and account lifecycle processes
  • Onboarding & Origination: Proven experience optimizing customer onboarding journeys and service workflows
  • Control-Oriented Design: Experience embedding compliance controls such as AML and KYC into workflows
  • Process Automation: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Omnistudio, and workflow automation tools
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including compliance and technology


Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or App Builder
  • Experience in retail banking, consumer lending, or corporate onboarding
  • Familiarity with CRM AI capabilities and intelligent automation
  • Experience working with regulated financial systems and IRS-aligned processes
  • Strong experience with UAT, data analysis, and workflow optimization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $120k in our lowest geographic market up to $130k in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
