Role overview


We are seeking a Senior Director of Account Management to drive growth within existing financial services clients, focused on executive intelligence and decision-maker mapping use cases. This role is responsible for expanding relationships by helping clients deepen their use of Altrata’s platform to identify key executives, map organizational structures, and improve deal origination and client engagement. You will act as a trusted advisor, unlocking new opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and broader enterprise adoption.


Responsibilities


  • Own and grow a portfolio of financial services (particularly investment banking or corporate banking) accounts
  • Drive account expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and new use case adoption
  • Identify additional teams and stakeholders (e.g., Coverage, IB, Corporate Banking, Strategy)
  • Position Altrata as a strategic partner for executive intelligence and relationship mapping
  • Align solutions to deal origination, mandate wins, and client engagement outcomes
  • Lead renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations
  • Build deep, multi-level relationships across client organizations
  • Partner with Client Success to ensure adoption and value realization
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility


Qualifications


  • 6+ years of experience in account management, client growth, or sales in SaaS/DaaS
  • Proven track record of expanding existing accounts and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience working with financial institutions, particularly investment banking or corporate banking
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex enterprise accounts
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills


Preferred skills


  • Experience selling executive and enterprise data, org chart intelligence, or relationship mapping solutions
  • Understanding of deal origination workflows and coverage models
  • Experience expanding across business units in large organizations
  • Established relationships within investment banking or advisory segments
