TELUS Digital Bulgaria is looking for an experienced Operations Account General Manager!
- Define project scope and objectives together with clients
- Lead the setup, launch, and delivery of projects end-to-end
- Manage budgets, resources, and overall project planning
- Act as the main client contact and build strong relationships
- Track KPIs, goals, and overall project performance
- Build and manage project teams, including task allocation and onboarding
- Ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of all project milestones
- Communicate regularly with clients and resolve issues quickly
- Monitor results and take actions to improve performance
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team
- Prepare and share regular performance reports with clients
- Support hiring and coordinate training needs when required
- Coordinate projects across multiple locations when needed
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience working with clients and managing stakeholder relationships
- Ability to operate in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills in English
