The B2B Team Manager will lead Wooltari's U.S. B2B operations across wholesale, food service, and distribution. This role owns channel growth, account management, and day-to-day execution — working closely with Wooltari Korea's B2B team on planning and strategy.
[KEY RESPONSIBILITIES]
Wholesale business management
- Manage and grow existing wholesale customer accounts
- Develop new B2B partnerships and revenue opportunities
- Conduct account reviews, pricing discussions, and business follow-ups
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, and account growth
Food service & distribution execution
- Execute U.S.-side business development and account management
- Coordinate with Wooltari Korea's B2B team on planning and expansion
- Support onboarding and execution for new business opportunities
- Coordinate across sales, logistics, purchasing, and operations
Team & operational leadership
- Lead daily B2B operations and account management
- Manage the B2B Account Assistant Manager across admin, customer comms, documentation, and order support
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, logistics, finance, marketing, and Korea office
Sales growth & business development
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Drive revenue growth across multiple B2B channels
- Prepare forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports
- Participate in client meetings, industry networking, and business development
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- 8+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Experience in the food, grocery, or distribution industry
- Proven track record managing and growing customer accounts
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bilingual Korean/English · Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
