Primary Duties

Preparation of materials such as board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings.

Coordination of key events such as ACO retreats, ACO kick-offs, and ACO board meetings for providers and field teams.

Assist in designing and implementing a range of key reports (financial reports, KPIs) using relevant business intelligence and customer relationship management tools.

Monitoring of compliance activities

Support the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects, data requests and other program reporting requirements, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities

Healthcare Industry experience is a plus.

Project management process knowledge is a plus.

Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.
