how you will contribute

As the Head of Operational Talent Solutions, you will serve as the chief architect and visionary leader for our high-volume business segments across the entire country. You are responsible for the overarching commercial and operational health of our critical industry specialties—including light industrial, retail, and contact centers. By translating global strategy into dominant market performance, you will ensure our national delivery infrastructure provides the scale and quality necessary to power our clients' businesses and outpace the competition.

your typical day includes

Your day is centered on high-level strategic orchestration and national leadership. You spend your time driving growth by designing sophisticated go-to-market strategies that solidify our position as the market leader in volume and speed. You are constantly optimizing the enterprise, challenging the status quo of our national IT platforms to drive massive scalability across the country. As a premier brand ambassador, you cultivate deep executive partnerships with marquee clients and key industry stakeholders. You also lead with impact, mobilizing large teams of operational leaders while using data-driven governance and KPIs to ensure complex, large-scale talent programs are delivered with absolute precision.

your responsibilities include

• Executing division-wide strategies for aggressive customer acquisition and sustainable revenue growth.
• Implementing end-to-end talent programs and refining national processes for maximum commercial efficiency.
• Advancing our product suite and service models to remain at the forefront of evolving global and local market trends.
• Providing rigorous oversight of budgets and P&L performance to guarantee high gross profit and business health.
• Navigating market volatility with composure and inspiring organizational confidence through every shift in the economic cycle.

your background

• You are an inspirational leader with a hands-on attitude who fosters trust and motivates large national teams to achieve a shared sense of purpose.
• Advanced experience in KPI architecture, dashboard monitoring, and the continuous improvement of complex business processes.
• A history of achieving significant organic growth and navigating high-stakes deal-making at a national level.
• Expertise in leveraging enterprise-level digital tools to enhance speed, compliance, and quality across the talent landscape.
• An exceptional ability to command a room and deliver impactful, strategic messages to diverse and high-level audiences.
