Team You'll be working on Wizz, a social app specifically designed for GenZ, boasting over 3 million monthly active users in the US and UK. Wizz is a friend-finding and flirting chat app where young people can safely express themselves and connect with like-minded peers in an authentic, pressure-free environment. Unlike other social media platforms that focus on followers, posts, or passive consumption, Wizz offers young people a space to have meaningful 1:1 conversations with peers. As a member of a high-performing team of 20, you'll collaborate to further scale and enhance Wizz, fostering a spirit of goodwill and creativity. Role Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators. You will own creative production for Wizz and play a central role in helping turn it into a global sensation. Prioritize and drive creative production for Wizz based on product and user acquisition strategy Analyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs Lead up to 4 people: recruit, coach, and increase talent density Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with other creative teams Lead key projects to test new tools, improve processes, etc. Profile You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing in the mobile apps industry You have a track record of managing 3+ people in a creative field You’ve successfully led high-impact projects You speak and write English fluently (Being fluent in French is a huge plus) You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
