ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assists the Deputy Vice President of Residential Operations in overseeing residential programs and buildings.
- Directly supervises Program Directors as assigned and serves as a consultant to all
a weekly basis or as needed.
- Monitors compliance will all applicable safety code and regulatory requirements. Ensures
- Prepares each site for external reviews and is present for the review process.
- Conducts and participates in resident case conferences.
- Reviews and responds to resident complaints and grievances.
- Reviews Residential Incident Reporting, including but not limited to OMH and DHS
- Reviews admissions and discharges for each residence. Assists with housing court cases
- Assists with preparation of reports required by regulatory agencies and participates in the
- Assists with financial planning and purchasing. Reviews all purchase orders, petty cash,
- Supervises the Per Diem Staff and tracks Per Diems usage. Facilitates the quarterly Per
- Reviews hiring documentation and assists with the hiring process as needed.
- Represents the agency in conferences and meetings.
- Serves as a liaison between the agency and the community and regulatory agencies.
- Assists with the development of educational and training needs for the Residential
- Coordinates services and resources for residential programs by working closely with
- Serves as interim Program Director when managerial vacancies occur.
- Keeps PCMH Administrators aware of significant events within the Residential Division.
- Where applicable, helps to ensure compliance with LIHTC regulatory requirements,
- Perform other duties, consistent with the goals and objectives of the programs, as assigned

- NYS OMH Licensed Housing Regulations, NYS OMH Supported Housing Guidelines,

- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a Mental Health discipline or related field is required.
- Minimum five (5) years management experience in the mental health field.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and publishing
