Job Responsibilities Include The Following
Answer phones for the HR department and respond to questions and inquiries.
Handle employment application intake.
Assist with new employee orientations and follow-up paper work processing.
Perform a wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of HR/personnel records and reports.
Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employees records and information.
Assist in the recruitment process; Interact with and supply information to job applicants, employees, department managers, public and private agencies.
Prepare job postings and post accordingly.
Respond to reference checks and verifications of employment status.
Assist the manager with HR projects.
Assist with benefits administration. FMLA and WC process.
Provide clerical and operational support to HR Manager.
Respond to employee inquiries.
Perform any other HR related duties.
Requirements
Minimum 1year related experience.
Associates Degree or equivalent.
Well organized, detail-oriented and accurate.
Competent computer knowledge.
Familiar with federal and state regulations.
Very good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ethical Practice; ability to maintain confidentiality.
