BBSP is an independent research firm specialising in technical analysis of financial markets. We provide high-value insights to a global institutional client base. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Business Development Representative to further enhance our commercial impact and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, list building, emailing, and social media outreach.
· Improve lead qualification and conversion
· Design and deploy lead nurturing sequences aligned with the client journey
· Maintain a clean and structured CRM database and produce performance dashboards (we’re using HubSpot)
Sales
· Understand client needs and challenges and propose tailored solutions
· Actively manage Trial Periods, effectively owning tasks, including follow-ups and custom pieces of research or collateral
· Maintain records of all lead interactions in HubSpot, and look to improve processes everywhere possible
Market intelligence
· identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
· Proven experience (2-5 years) in B2B marketing and sales, ideally in financial services, research, or data
· Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with comfort working with metrics, reporting, and dashboards
· Excellent communication skills
· Autonomy, perseverance, and a results-driven mindset
· Ability to engage with demanding stakeholders and to build trusted relationships
· Fluent English (written and spoken); French is a plus
