As Junior Investment Manager (m/f/d) you will play a key role within our Investment Management Team at our location in Paris!
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of new investment opportunities across the Living sector (Residential, PBSA and Alternative Living) primarily in France and selectively across Europe.
- Perform comprehensive and sophisticated financial modelling and cash‑flow analysis for core, impact and value‑add strategies
- Conduct detailed Due Diligence of new opportunities including; Reviewing property documentation, assessing commercial fundamentals, analysing macro and micro trends and deal characteristics, and producing a detailed report supported by market data.
- Preparation of internal documentation and reports, including top quality Investment Memorandum, Investment Committee approval papers and any other documentation necessary for the execution of the transaction.
- Supporting the transaction process and assisting in the preparation of offers letters, Memorandum of Understanding / Heads of Terms, and any other document throughout the deal negotiations
- Assist and manage Due Diligence process, including reviewing transaction documentation liaising and managing key stakeholder both internal and external - commercial, Legal and Tax advisors –
- Contribute to the monitoring of financial, operational and strategic KPIs across the portfolio
- Assist in the execution and optimisation of asset‑level and portfolio‑level business plans
- Support internal monitoring and reporting processes, including pipeline management and deal tracking
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Initial professional experience ideally within financial institution, al estate or similar.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a clear interest in Living real estate
- Solid financial modelling capabilities and strong Excel proficiency. Familiarity with financial modelling tools (Power BI,) is an advantage
- Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills (Powerpoint, etc)
- Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus
- Comfortable working in an international, fast‑paced environment
