Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and perform software upgrades.
  • Support market data and trade execution platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.).
  • Execute daily operational tasks including system health checks, data center inspections, and ticket management.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings.
  • Provide rotating off‑hours support as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of workstation support experience and a BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, Windows 11, and Office 365.
  • Financial services experience with familiarity in market data applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with backup tools, desktop patching, VMware, Ivanti, printer support, or mobile device management is a plus.
