Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and perform software upgrades.
- Support market data and trade execution platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.).
- Execute daily operational tasks including system health checks, data center inspections, and ticket management.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings.
- Provide rotating off‑hours support as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of workstation support experience and a BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, Windows 11, and Office 365.
- Financial services experience with familiarity in market data applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with backup tools, desktop patching, VMware, Ivanti, printer support, or mobile device management is a plus.
