Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Title & Type: AR Specialist, Regular, Full-Time

Core Role & Responsibilities:

1. Account Receivable Management for Logistics Claims

• Manage carrier claims, warehouse claims, compliance claims
• Follow up with carriers and negotiate settlements
• Develop process improvements to reduce claims and train staff accordingly

1. Liability Recovery Management (Account Receivable)

• Report weekly recovery status to the leader
• Analyze collection rate and projected loss (Yearly, Monthly)

1. Analysis of Customer/Carrier issues

• Conduct In-depth analysis of problematic carriers
• Escalate customerissues to LGE Electronics

1. Accounts Payable to Customer

• Validate and submit monthly payments via paymentplans
• Work closely with the finance team and the legal team to resolve payment issues

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree. (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field)
• Detail oriented, strong time management skills and willingness to travel for training local staff
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP), Tableau, and Microsoft Excel
• 1-4 years of experience required
