We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Manager to lead enterprise business development and accelerate strategic account acquisition in the French market.
This is a high-impact role for a true hunter with experience selling complex solutions into large organizations.
Job description
As Senior Sales Manager, Enterprise – France, you will be responsible for developing and closing enterprise opportunities with large French accounts.
You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from strategic prospecting and executive engagement to negotiation and closing. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, product and customer teams to position Naaia as a trusted partner for AI governance and transformation initiatives.
This role requires a strong combination of:
- enterprise hunting capabilities,
- strategic selling skills,
- executive presence,
- and the ability to navigate complex organizations and long sales cycles.
You will report directly to the CSMO and work closely with the executive team.
Missions
Enterprise Business Development
- Identify, target and develop strategic enterprise accounts in France
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Lead outbound prospecting and develop relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
- Own the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, demos, proposal, negotiation and closing
- Develop account penetration and multi-stakeholder engagement strategies
- Achieve and exceed revenue and pipeline targets
Strategic Sales & Market Expansion
- Position Naaia as a strategic AI governance and transformation partner
- Adapt sales messaging and value proposition to enterprise client needs
- Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for the French market
- Provide continuous customer and market feedback to leadership and product teams
- Identify partnership and ecosystem opportunities
Relationship Management & Market Presence
- Build trusted relationships with key enterprise decision-makers
- Represent Naaia at industry events, conferences and executive meetings
- Develop a strong network across enterprise and innovation ecosystems
Sales Operations & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM
- Track commercial performance and key sales KPIs
- Work cross-functionally with product, regulatory and customer teams during complex sales cycles
KPIs & Success metrics
· Enterprise revenue generated
· Pipeline value & qualified opportunities created
· Conversion and close rates
· Average deal size
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, tech, or consulting
- Fluent in English. German is a plus.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing large enterprise accounts
- Experience selling SaaS, AI, software, consulting or complex technology solutions
- Strong experience managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles
- Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high autonomy and ownership
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
