What You Will Be Responsible For
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to successfully deliver digital media campaigns – teams include: Search and Social, Programmatic, Reporting, Trading & Strategy
- Own the client relationship, acting as the daily point of contact and growing the account
- Manage a media team consisting of planner/buyers and media executives and managing their workload
- Own the account(s), including leading media partner discussions, tracking, and internal documentation such as financial entries and billing
- Lead campaign-performance decisions based on client data
- Maintain a high standard of quality for reporting and campaign delivery
- Assist the Account Director with the strategic direction of the account(s)
- Minimum 8-10 years media experience (digital marketing experience strongly preferred)
- Banking experience (client or agency side) is preferrable
- Strong planning and buying experience across mobile or digital
- Wealth of experience across both branding and performance campaigns
- Experience managing junior team members including being responsible for their growth
- Proven track record of client management
- Strong presentation skills
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding MMP for mobile tracking solutions
- Ability to analyze data with an eye for detail to identify client trends and opportunities
- Familiar with App Marketing (nice to have)
- A vast insight into the world of digital marketing and in-depth knowledge across search and social advertising.
- Experience working on regional projects across client verticals.
- Experience working on digital advertising campaigns for large, global brands
- Experience in working with a vibrant team in an agency environment
