Location: Remote (Germany-based)

Salary: €55.000-€65.000 per annum

With ambitious plans to expand into new markets and product categories, we are seeking an International Brand Executive to support our brand growth and deliver consistent, impactful marketing across multiple countries.


About the role

The Marketing Manager Germany will play a key role in shaping, executing, and optimizing our full 360° marketing plan as we launch and scale Kendamil across the German market. You will own the German brand plan end‑to‑end -from annual planning and budget ownership to campaign development, measurement, and continuous optimization.


Working closely with the Germany Country Manager, Global Marketing Director and our global marketing teams, you will ensure Kendamil shows up with cultural relevance, brand consistency, and best‑in‑class execution across every consumer and shopper touchpoint, whilst building your department. This role requires deep consumer marketing experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate insights into high‑impact brand‑building activity.


This is a role for a hands-on, experienced FMCG marketer who is comfortable leading strategy while managing execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Key responsibilities

  • Own and execute the German brand and growth strategy across digital, retail, influencer, and shopper channels
  • Drive integrated campaigns, media planning, and KPI performance to accelerate brand awareness and conversion
  • Localise global marketing initiatives with strong German consumer, cultural, and regulatory insight
  • Lead NPD go-to-market execution, launch strategy, and retail activation across key German accounts
  • Build high-impact influencer, partnership, and community programs with measurable ROI
  • Deliver data-driven marketing performance analysis, budget management, and commercial insights
  • Partner cross-functionally with Global, Sales, Supply, and agency teams to ensure best-in-class execution
  • Represent a fast-growing international brand within the German market and retail landscape


Qualification and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably within FMCG, baby, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle categories.
  • Proven ownership of annual brand plans, integrated campaigns, and full marketing budgets.
  • Proven trade experience with major German grocers including DM, Rossman, Edeka and Rewe.
  • Strong experience leading brand-building activity, including media planning and campaign measurement.
  • Demonstrated experience launching NPD or new brands in the German market.
  • Ideally experience localizing global strategies and creative for Germany.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using brand trackers, category data (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar), and campaign performance tools.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

  • Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or Amazon
  • Background in influencer/creator marketing
  • Experience in baby, family, or nutrition sectors
  • Experience in global or matrix organisations
