Director of Charter Sales (US)
We are supporting a well-established, global aviation business as they continue to invest into their US charter division, with Fort Lauderdale a key hub for growth.
This opportunity is suited to a commercially driven charter professional who is motivated by winning new business, building long-term client relationships, and operating with a high degree of autonomy.
Importantly, this is not a traditional leadership role. The focus is on front-line revenue generation, with a clear pathway into leadership as the US team expands.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in driving new business growth across the US market, taking ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal close and delivery.
Working closely with an experienced charter team, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, managing flight enquiries, and delivering tailored charter solutions across a global network.
This is an environment that rewards initiative, ownership, and commercial performance, offering the platform to build and scale your own book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business through calls, email outreach, networking and industry engagement
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across private, corporate and broker channels
- Own the full sales process from initial contact through to closing deals
- Develop long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
- Collaborate with internal charter teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage ongoing client activity
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences and client meetings
About You:
- Proven experience in air charter sales (brokerage or operator environment)
- Demonstrable track record of winning new business and generating revenue
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Confident managing the full sales cycle and building client relationships
- Highly motivated, proactive and target-driven
- Entrepreneurial approach with a desire to grow a personal client base

Compensation
- Base salary in the region of $90,000 – $110,000
- Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
