POSITION MANDATE
The Key Account Director | Clinical Partnerships is responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing business relationships with SET’s partner clinics and health care professionals.
The role focuses on maximizing the value of partnerships by aligning agreements with the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring rigorous follow-up on generated activities, and supporting partners in their growth. This position contributes directly to SET’s brand recognition and revenue growth through strategic negotiations, a strong field presence and close collaboration with internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership development and management
o Identify and develop new business opportunities with clinics, banners and networks of health care professionals
o Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with SET’s strategic directions
o Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts by developing a thorough understanding of their needs
o Evaluate partnership performance against forecasts and implement optimization measures
Market representation and development
o Plan and represent SET at congresses, seminars, conferences and other relevant events
o Organize or support value-added events for partners to increase visibility and collaboration
o Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation of new partnerships
Operational follow-up and analysis
o Monitor activities generated by partners on a regular basis and produce performance reports
o Use the CRM system (Salesforce) to document daily activities, ensure follow-ups and support forecasting
o Contribute to the development of annual forecasts and budget planning
Internal collaboration
o Work closely with the internal Technical Expertise team and other departments to ensure a consistent, high-quality partner experience
o Contribute to strategic intelligence by identifying trends, events or initiatives that support SET’s positioning and growth
DESIRED PROFILE
o Significant experience in business development or account management with health care professionals
o Knowledge of the physiotherapy or health care environment (strong asset)
o Excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening abilities and professional credibility
o High level of autonomy, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset
o Comfort with technology and CRM tools
o English required (spoken and written)
o Spoken French required
o Valid driver’s licence and availability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area as well as cities and territories west of Toronto within Ontario
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
o Base salary of $90,000 + bonus program
