Senior Accounts Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and analytical Senior Accounts Manager to lead finance operations for our Singapore entity while supporting our US parent company.

Location: Singapore (Hybrid)

Salary: SGD 6,000 – 9,000/month

Additional: SGD 5,000 sign-on bonus + discretionary bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including financial reporting, month-end close, and statutory filings (ACRA, IRAS, corporate tax)
• Lead intercompany reconciliations and consolidated reporting with the US team
• Develop and maintain financial controls and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2)
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR-related financial processes
• Work closely with accountants, auditors, and tax advisors in Singapore and the US
• Manage vendors and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Mentor and support junior team members as the team grows

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of accounts management experience, ideally in a multinational environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred; Xero or NetSuite a plus) and advanced Excel skills
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Singapore regulations (ACRA, IRAS); familiarity with US GAAP is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones
• Willingness to work flexible hours (early mornings SGT to support the US team)
