Deine Aufgaben
Grow into ownership of the Analytics & Coaching Platform
- Build a deep understanding of how sales organisations work, how they measure performance, and what good revenue intelligence looks like.
- Join and progressively lead customer discovery conversations with senior sales executives and revenue operations leaders to understand their BI requirements.
- Contribute to the Analytics & Coaching Platform roadmap under close guidance of the CPO — with the explicit goal of taking over full ownership within 12–24 months, including steering the tribe around it.
- Collect, structure, and prioritise customer feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and direct customer interactions.
- Translate feedback and opportunities into well-specified features ready for engineering.
- Ensure clean handoffs from product decisions through development to release.
- Prepare and communicate releases internally and externally — to go-to-market, engineering, and customers.
- Act as a connector between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales, ensuring shared context and minimal friction.
- Drive alignment proactively, without relying on hierarchy.
- Act as the operational right hand of the CPO, owning interim product tasks across the full scope of the product organisation.
- Maintain clear product documentation and support continuous improvement of product processes.
- You are at the very start of your product career — this is your first product role, and you are eager to learn fast and grow into full ownership. A strong Master's degree with relevant project work or thesis is equally welcome.
- You have a background that bridges business and technology — through a business engineering, dual-degree, or similar programme that combines technical and commercial thinking.
- You have some hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment — an internship, working student role, or founding experience that taught you to operate with ownership and ambiguity.
- You have a basic understanding of how software is built — you don't need to write production code, but you understand concepts like APIs, data models, and development cycles well enough to work with engineers and write clear specifications.
- You have an affinity for sales and commercial topics — you are curious about how sales organisations work and motivated to learn how they drive and measure revenue. Prior experience in a sales-adjacent role is a plus.
- You are an outstanding communicator — outspoken, structured, and confident. You can hold your own in a conversation with senior stakeholders and come out with clear, actionable takeaways.
- You are process-driven and ownership-oriented — when something is unclear or inefficient, you fix it. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
- You use AI-first workflows and are comfortable with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or automation platforms to move faster and do more.
- Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken) are both required.
- A dynamic environment with flexible working hours and a strong team culture
- Competitive and fair compensation package, including virtual equity participation
- Modern office in the heart of Munich and a hybrid working environment (depending on the role)
- Access to Wellpass and attractive sports and wellness offerings to support your well being
- Support for public transport (Deutschlandticket)
