Why Oviva?
At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalized, clinically effective care accessible to everyone as we build Europe’s leading AI-powered chronic care platform. Our digital programmes help people manage weight-related illnesses by focusing on what matters most: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.
To date, we have supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany. Our mission is powered by a dedicated team operating across four countries, including our hub in Poland. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code brings us closer to a healthier future.
Our journey is accelerating: In 2026, we secured €200 million in Series D funding led by Kinnevik and a group of leading global investors. This investment fuels our next phase of growth, allowing us to scale our AI-enabled chronic care platform across Europe and expand our support to even more people living with chronic conditions.
Join us, and be part of the team making that future possible!
The role
As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of our growth strategy, focusing on scaling patient lead acquisition for the German market. Reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing, your mission is to diversify our marketing mix and unlock new growth opportunities beyond traditional platforms like Google and Meta.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will act as a subject matter expert within the Marketing team, identifying and scaling emerging channels—such as programmatic, influencer marketing, or direct partnerships—to ensure we meet our mission of supporting more patients. You will foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making, managing external agencies and freelancers while collaborating closely with our internal Growth and Product squads.
Job requirements
- Experienced: You bring at least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within a fast-paced B2C startup environment.
- Strategic & Analytical: you have a proven track record of scaling paid channels and translating long-term goals into actionable, data-driven roadmaps.
- Tech-Fluent: You are comfortable with web analytics and reporting tools, preferably GA4, Looker Studio, and Salesforce.
- Linguistic Profile: You are fluent in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
- Proactive Owner: You have a strong sense of ownership and a drive to improve business metrics based on deep analytical insights.
- Educated: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, (Business) Informatics, or a related field.
Job responsibilities
- Channel Diversification: Own the testing roadmap for new performance marketing channels, creating business cases for investment and scaling their volume while meeting cost-per-lead (CPL) goals.
- Optimization & ROI: Analyze channel performance on an ongoing basis to identify optimization opportunities, improve ROI, and ensure maximum marketing spend efficiency.
- Structured Experimentation: Run end-to-end A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze the competition and emerging market trends to identify new growth levers in a high-pressure advertising environment.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal growth teams and manage external agencies/freelancers to integrate best practices and drive global projects.
