Purpose of the Role
As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a vital role in the success of ZO Skin Health by managing and growing existing partner accounts remotely. You will be the trusted and reliable main point of contact for a portfolio of valued clinics and professional skincare practices. Your focus will be on driving growth through meaningful relationships, commercial creativity, and strong product knowledge.
Account Management
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Inside Sales Representative
Drive the expansion of ZO Skin Health skincare products across aesthetic accounts, by building and maintaining trusted relationships with a portfolio of professional clinic accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, engagement, and identifying the true potential of each existing account.
Incoming New Business Leads
Qualify and question potential new ZO stockiest in a timely manner to ensure there is a commitment and brand alignment in preparation to hand over to the relevant Area Manager.
Commercial Growth
Identify product gaps, recommend new product innovations, and secure orders to grow the clinic’s ZO business through various digital marketing/tele sales campaigns.
Training Coordination
Proactively book virtual and in-clinic training sessions to support education, product confidence, and business growth.
Strategic Support
Help clinics achieve their goals by offering tailored, creative growth ideas including merchandising, GWP promotions, and calendar-based activations.
Sales Pipeline Management
Monitor account performance, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work collaboratively with field-based Area Managers.
Customer Experience
Be a consistent and knowledgeable point of contact, providing fast, accurate, and proactive support.
Reporting & CRM
Maintain up-to-date account records and activity tracking within the CRM system. Use data to guide and prioritize actions.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident on phone, video, and email.
Commercially astute with a proactive approach to account growth.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
A genuine passion for skincare, aesthetics, and supporting business success.
Self-motivated, energetic, and a collaborative team player.
Fluent in Spanish with strong proficiency in English
Experience
2+ years in a sales support, inside sales, or account management role, ideally within the skincare, or aesthetics industry.
Experience working with clinics and medical aesthetics professionals is preferred.
