🚨 Leadership Hiring | National Category Head – Sales | AGM / DGM Level 🚨

Ashiana Housing is looking for an experienced and strategic sales leader to join our team as National Category Head – Sales based out of Delhi.

🔹 Key Areas of Responsibility:

📌 Sales Strategy & Business Planning

• Develop and own long-term category sales strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives

• Define monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across projects using data-driven insights, market trends, inventory movement & CRM analytics

• Drive standardization of sales processes, SOPs, governance frameworks, and performance mechanisms across locations.


📌 Execution Excellence & Governance

• Monitor and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across projects/sites

• Ensure strong pipeline management, conversion optimization, and inventory liquidation strategies

• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with site teams and leadership stakeholders

• Build a performance-driven culture with strong accountability and continuous improvement practices.


📌 Team Building & Capability Development

• Build and scale high-performing sales teams through structured hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and leadership development

• Design and implement training frameworks, performance assessment systems, and succession planning initiatives

• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and drive quarterly capability-building programs across teams.


📌 Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Architecture, Land, and City Heads to align sales strategies with product positioning and market demand

• Provide strategic inputs on pricing, inventory mix, launch planning, and go-to-market strategies

• Work with central and local marketing teams to optimize lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion effectiveness


📌 Performance Management

• Establish strong KPIs and tracking mechanisms across all levels of the sales organisation

• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans to improve productivity and business efficiency

• Drive a data-led decision-making culture within the sales ecosystem


🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

✅ 12+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales

✅ Strong exposure to category/project-level leadership roles

✅ Proven experience in multi-location sales management

✅ Strong analytical mindset with Salesforce/CRM-driven working exposure preferred

✅ Demonstrated success in team building, leadership development & performance management

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
