In this role:
Do you want to take ownership of your territory and build strong customer relationships in the field? In this role, you’ll manage accounts, support VMI programs, and help keep your customers’ operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Manage existing industrial and MRO accounts through scheduled in-person visits and relationship building
• Run VMI programs by checking stock levels, replenishing inventory, and organizing products on-site
• Learn each customer’s operation to anticipate needs and maintain proper inventory levels
• Create replenishment orders, quotes, and follow-ups based on usage and upcoming needs
• Provide hands-on product support for fasteners, shop supplies, and industrial items
• Maintain accurate CRM records including visits, quotes, orders, and expenses
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and open new aligned accounts
Territory:
Greater Philadelphia Region (PA, NJ, DE, and northern MD – based on business needs and location)

Requirements:
• Experience in industrial B2B, VMI, MRO, or related field preferred
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Mechanical, maintenance, or parts background is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Comfortable using CRM systems and managing schedules
