We’re looking for a seasoned Lead Product Manager – Technical to join a high-impact AI & Decisioning Platform team. This role sits at the intersection of technology, product strategy, and business value delivery, making it ideal for someone who thrives on translating complex technical capabilities into scalable, real-world solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary liaison between platform teams, product stakeholders, and business units
• Drive alignment across technology roadmaps, product strategies, and release plans
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and program teams to deliver measurable outcomes
• Lead roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution for AI and decisioning platforms
• Translate business needs into actionable product initiatives and technical solutions
• Oversee intake processes, estimations, and business case development
• Ensure transparency, manage risks, and track delivery value through demos, UAT, and feedback loops
• Champion innovation by exploring emerging technologies and strategic opportunities

What You Bring

• Strong experience in technical product management, ideally in AI, data, or decisioning platforms
• Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and data ecosystems
• Proven ability to align technical capabilities with business goals
• Excellent communication skills—able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding other product managers
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
