Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Store Manager located in Delhi, OH. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, train and manage staff, implement retail strategies, and safeguard against inventory loss. The role also involves maintaining optimal store performance, meeting sales goals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills to build positive customer relationships and resolve issues effectively
• Experience in Store Management to oversee operations, manage staff, and drive sales growth
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and minimize risks
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage performance, and cultivate a positive workplace culture
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a retail or store management role
