Account Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the primary internal point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Support sales leadership with customer coordination, reporting, and execution
• Manage RFQs, customer requests, and internal workflows from start to finish
• Prepare and maintain sales, inventory, forecasting, and delivery reports
• Partner closely with production and logistics to manage inventory levels and forecast changes
• Maintain customer portals, documentation, and account records with accuracy and urgency

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong ISO knowledge is preferred
• Clear, confident communicator with strong organizational skills
• Manufacturing or industrial industry experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Detail oriented, reliable, and comfortable in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Customer focused mindset with strong problem solving capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
• Manufacturing industry knowledge
• 1-3 years in account management, inside sales, or customer facing roles
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
