Role Overview
We are hiring two Account Executives / Inside Account Managers to support new business growth and account expansion across a broad national territory.
This is a true hunter + account growth role, with a mix of:
- New business development
- Existing customer expansion (some inherited accounts provided)
- Solution selling across AV, physical security, and cloud-based infrastructure
You’ll have the flexibility to sell into any industry vertical across the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing customer relationships
- Sell integrated solutions across AV, physical security, and cloud-managed services
- Manage a balanced mix of outbound prospecting and internal/account-based selling
- Participate in team collaboration (light internal meetings ~15% of time)
- Leverage a strong portfolio of established solutions and vendor partnerships
Ideal Background
We are looking for experienced sellers with a strong track record in one or more of the following:
- IT Managed Services (MSP environment strongly preferred)
- Physical Security Solutions (Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, Open Options, etc.)
- AV / Integrated Technology Solutions
- Cloud-based infrastructure or security services
- Manufacturer or channel partner sales experience (nice to have)
Compensation
- Base salary up to $120,000 (DOE)
- Commission: 3.5% of top-line sales
- OTE structure available (including draw options)
- Top performers have exceeded $4M+ annual sales

- Strong pipeline generation and consistent deal closure
- Ability to sell consultatively across technical solution sets
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong tenure and proven performance in prior sales roles
