As an Account Manager, you will provide service and support to clients and agents, by assisting, maintaining, and expanding assigned accounts. This role is vital in the overall support of the department in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role. At our agency, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to help attract & retain employees. Experience preferred.

Duties:

  • Renew/Market Accounts including completion of applications, requesting loss runs and corresponding with underwriters, rating new & renewal business
  • Communication with the agent during the quoting process
  • Preparing proposals based on the client’s needs and the coverage's proposed
  • Develop & maintain strong professional relationships with clients & insurance company representatives
  • Maintain client and policy information in the customer management system including policies, endorsement, new and renewal business
  • Responsible for the overall day-to-day service on accounts

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
