🚀 We’re Hiring: Growth Solutions Specialist (Customer Success / Implementation)

📍Office 5x Week | Currently in Soho, moving to Chelsea/Flatiron


We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves working directly with customers, and gets excited about building systems from scratch. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own onboarding, implementation, customer success, and account growth for an AI-driven startup redefining how marketing and websites work. ✨


🔥 What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, setup, launch, and handoff

• Run high-touch client check-ins and ongoing account management

• Build onboarding playbooks, QBRs, and scalable success processes

• Configure integrations, knowledge bases, and customer workspaces

• Monitor accounts daily and proactively solve issues

• Identify expansion and growth opportunities within existing customers

• Partner closely with Product & Engineering to improve the customer experience


✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience in web design, digital marketing, SaaS, agency, or growth-focused environments

• Strong client-facing and project management skills

• Marketing knowledge across web, SEO, CRO, branding, or paid growth

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating processes from scratch

• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and hustle

• Bonus: startup experience, AI tooling experience, or agency background 🤖
