- Develop and expand key strategic customers, driving long-term business growth in the semiconductor market.

Requirements
- Strong background in the semiconductor industry (FCBGA/substrate, PCB, IDM/fabless preferred), or experience from chip manufacturers with exposure to quality/supply chain/customer-facing roles.
- Established connections with key accounts and senior decision-makers, including Tier-1 electronics or semiconductor ecosystem clients.
- Proven ability in strategic account development and market expansion, with strong business development capability.
