Account Manager (East Coast)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced enterprise & higher mid-market Account Manager to join a growing cyber-OSINT business. This role is focused purely on account management, owning around 30 existing customer accounts across the U.S with responsibility for renewals, revenue growth, and long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will work remotely across the East Coast and collaborate with an international commercial team.

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of account management experience within a Enterprise SaaS environment.
• Industry experience within cybersecurity, OSINT, or complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Proven experience managing renewals, growth, and revenue responsibility across enterprise accounts.
