Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in West Chester, PA for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager. The individual in this role will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing questions, processing policy changes, and resolving claims efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, providing policy recommendations, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales initiatives to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills
• Knowledgeable in Insurance policies, products, and regulations
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client trust
• Experience in Sales or a similar client-facing role is preferred
• Proficiency in using insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISR, CIC) are a plus
• Current State Insurance Licensure Preferred, Ability to obtain licensure within 90 days required
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent experience in Insurance related field
