Brief Description of the role

We are looking for a Transformative Delivery Head to run account with the team spread across Europe Nearshore and India. Each of the functional areas have their respective Service Delivery Managers and Architects who will report to the Delivery Head. Delivery Head will have an Account Manager to mine the account for growth

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery by being the point of escalation mapping to CIO in QBRs and CIO-1 as a point of escalation in MBRs.
• Drive growth by providing proactive proposals to the customer in the scope HCLTech owns and also in the scope of other partners
• Participate in the RFP renewal process to retain the existing scope and pitch for additional scope of competition
• Responsible for P&L of the account
