The role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who is deeply customer-obsessed and discovery-driven, and operates with an AI-native mindset. You will own the full product lifecycle for your product area while using AI to accelerate discovery, reduce cycle time, and close the gap between product, design, and engineering.

What you’ll be driving:
- Customer Understanding & Discovery (Core)
- Lead continuous discovery (interviews, data analysis, usability testing)
- Build deep understanding of customer needs, journeys, and pain points
- Translate insights into clear problems, opportunities, and hypotheses
- Market & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct ongoing market research and benchmarking
- Analyze competitors, trends, and best practices
- Turn insights into strategic product decisions
- AI-Native Product Management
- Use AI to accelerate research, PRDs, analysis, and prototyping
- Build or leverage pipelines for discovery, competitive intelligence, and insights
- Continuously improve speed, quality, and efficiency of product work
- Product Strategy & Execution
- Define roadmap aligned with business goals
- Prioritize based on impact, customer value, and effort
- Own delivery from idea → launch → iteration
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data
- Create clear PRDs and requirements
- Reduce friction and shorten feedback loops across teams
- Measurement & Iteration
- Define KPIs and track performance
- Run experiments and iterate based on data and feedback
- Strong product management experience
- Proven track record in hands on online and offline customer research and discovery
- Solid experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Hands-on use of AI tools to enhance product workflows
- Strong analytical, structured thinking, and communication skills
- Payment and Fintech experience is a plus
