We’re looking for a highly driven Founding Account Executive / Sales Lead who can take over the sales function from our CEO and grow it into a scalable department. This role is for someone who knows how SaaS sales really works, someone systematic, process-oriented, and excited to thrive in a performance-driven, startup environment.


This role starts with an inbound-heavy motion, but you’ll also nurture leads, build strong relationships, and jump into SDR-style outreach when needed. You’ll work directly with the CEO and play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales department.

What You’ll Do

  • Fully take over day-to-day sales responsibilities from the CEO.
  • Own the inbound sales pipeline: qualify leads, run discovery, lead calls and close deals.
  • Build, document, and refine sales SOPs, playbooks, and repeatable processes.
  • Maintain a systematic, metric-driven approach to managing pipeline and forecasting.
  • Nurture warm leads and develop long-term relationships with prospects.
  • Take on light SDR tasks when needed (outreach, follow-ups, nurture sequences).


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
  • Someone who is process-oriented and systematic.
  • Experience creating SOPs, playbooks, and repeatable sales workflows.
  • Strong communicator who excels in discovery, demos, and relationship-building.
  • High performance mindset, motivated by goals, numbers, and earning potential.
  • Comfortable handling both closing responsibilities and early-funnel nurturing.
  • Ambition to grow into a Sales Manager role as the team expands.
  • Ability to work closely with the CEO and operate with high trust and independence.
  • Creative thinker who can experiment with new approaches while staying disciplined.
