Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH, for a Relationship Manager – Sales Manager/Team Leader. The individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing a sales team, developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth. Key daily responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, coaching team members, analyzing market trends, and maintaining client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide the sales team effectively
- Knowledge of financial markets, wealth management, and brokerage services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis to drive decision-making
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and problem-solving capabilities
- Relevant experience in the financial services industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
