We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team while developing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and long-term business success.
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team (Openers & Closers) to drive revenue growth, exceed sales targets, and enhance customer acquisition strategies. This role involves setting sales goals, developing strategies, coaching and mentoring account managers and telemarketing teams, and ensuring a high-performance culture. The Sales Manager collaborates with various departments to align sales strategies with business objectives while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to optimize sales strategies.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and training programs to enhance sales capabilities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring engagement and professional development.
Sales Process Optimization & Compliance
- Continuously review and refine sales processes to improve efficiency. productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.
- Establish and monitor KPls and metrics for sales performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Oversee the customer journey from initial contact to post-sale follow-ups, enhancing the customer experience
- Address client concerns promptly and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Cross-Department Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives
- Provide regular insights and reports to senior management on sales performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication of business goals, updates, and expectations across the sales team.
Reporting & Financial Management
- Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Analyze sales reports and key performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Years of Experience:
5-7 years of experience, including minimum 4 in sales management, preferably within a call center or financial services industry

- Works with: Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance departments
- Subordinates: Sales Team Leads and Sales Representatives
