The role requires a hands-on Project Manager / Expert operating across three core domains: Governance, Audit & Control, and Finance. The position focuses on ensuring strong IT financial oversight, governance coordination, risk management, and regulatory compliance, while driving transparency, reliability, and continuous improvement of IT processes.

The consultant is expected to actively contribute operationally (not just coordinate), ensuring alignment with governance standards and compliance frameworks.

Your mission:

• Ensure robust IT financial oversight and resource management governance
• Coordinate IT governance activities and enforce compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIS2)
• Drive risk management practices, including identification, mitigation, and reporting
• Support audit readiness and ensure consistency in IT process documentation
• Guarantee transparency, reliability, and continuous improvement of IT processes
• Act as a central point of coordination across finance, governance, and resource management stakeholders

Your activities:

1. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

• Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and IT governance standards
• Steer third-party management processes, ensuring compliance with ITM3 controls
• Support continuity management and coordination of critical asset resilience
• Conduct IT risk identification, assessment, mitigation follow-up, and reporting
• Ensure IT process governance, documentation consistency, and audit readiness
• Maintain high data quality standards across governance and finance domains

2. Finance & Budget Management

• Monitor monthly budget consumption, ensuring accuracy of actuals and forecasts
• Support Mid-Term Plan consolidation, coordinating stakeholder inputs
• Contribute to budget cycles, including revisions and year-end closure
• Act as point of contact for stakeholders regarding budget, actuals, and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement of governance processes, tools, and reporting

3. Resource Management Oversight

• Supervise HR-related reporting streams, ensuring completeness of resource data and staffing KPIs
• Lead reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and actionable insights
• Liaise with Chapter Leads, HR, and Procurement to address resource-related issues

You have the following skills:

Mandatory

• Trilingual proficiency: English, French, and Dutch (mandatory)
• Strong analytical thinking (high level expected)
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate across governance, finance, and audit domains

Experience

• Seniority: 8 to 10 years of experience
• Proven experience with:
• IT processes
• Regulatory frameworks
• Budget cycles
• Experience in audit, internal control, or third-party management is a strong plus

Soft Skills
