Carrier’s Human Resources Technology team has an opportunity for a dynamic HR Technology Product Manager - Workday Total Rewards with a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives through innovative technology solutions. Expertise in Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules, coupled with a strong aptitude for translating business needs into impactful technology roadmaps is essential. Alongside the proven ability to lead high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional employee HR Technology Product Manager - Workday Total Rewards needs to be committed to leveraging technology to enhance HR efficiency, improve data-driven decision-making, and foster a positive work culture.
This is a remote position for someone that is living in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & support HR initiatives to improve employee experience and the Carrier business processes.
- Lead the development of the strategic technology roadmap for Workday Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, and related capabilities).
- Lead execution of global annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity), ensuring accurate, stable, and timely delivery.
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in Workday, i.e., lead and support configuration for new features and enhancements.
- Apply HR systems expertise & best practices to design, implement, and optimize impactful HR solutions.
- Influence technical solutions by leveraging and maximizing current and future technology investments.
- Stay current with Workday, leading Total Reward technologies, and Gen AI.
- Work with the business stakeholders, internal procurement, and vendors to determine additional Workday and emerging technologies in Compensation and Benefits.
- Collaborate with HR Technology leadership and business stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, gap analysis, and impact assessment. Research and recommend effective solutions and business processes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team (direct, matrix, consultants) to achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop trusted and strategic relationships with the business stakeholders and the Digital Technology teams.
- 5+ years of experience in leading HR Technology Product projects and teams.
- 3+ years of Workday Advanced Compensation.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human Resources or related field.
- Experience with project management methodologies for leading product development.
- Broad management and leadership knowledge.
- Relevant certifications in Workday Compensation.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Effective English communication and sound interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Acquisitions, Mergers and Divestitures.
- Work independently across different time zones in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate across multiple departments and levels within the organization.
- Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA.
- Create Documentation Artifacts such as User Guides, Process Flow Charts, Project Plans, Test Plans, and other slide decks for presentations.
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA.

Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
