uctionTrip.com Group is looking for a Senior Market Manager with a proven record in team management within a sales or account management environment. As a Senior Market Manager, you are responsible for leading a team that overseas the account management of our hotel partnerships. You will support the attainment of KPI related goals by developing and nurturing strong partner relationships within your assigned terr
itory.

Lead a team of Account Managers in your assigned - region.Master and champion, the execution of business strategies to exceed key targets, goals, and objecti
- ves set.Effectively handle working relationships, team productivity and
- morale.Endlessly train, coach and develop your direct reports to improve effectiveness and team productivity, building the skills and abilities of yo
- ur team.Develop and implement effective and sustainable solutions to improve operational efficiencies for the wider organ
- isation.Effectively collaborate with other internal departments to drive transfo
- rmation.Directly manage a small number of key accounts within your assigned
- region.Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners by providing data insights and implementing strategies to increase their market share and revenue opport
- unities.Represent Trip.com Group within the local market, building the company's profile with key stakeholders, and providing an exceptional level of market knowledge to the i
- ndustry.Perform other ad-hoc duties as a

- ned Leader5+ years’ experience in team leadership within a sales or account management environment. Preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or e-commerce
