Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Cincinnati, OH. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring superior customer service, and driving operational efficiency. Responsibilities include employee training, scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, meeting financial goals, and maintaining the high standards that define the Waffle House experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the restaurant or foodservice industry is highly advantageous
