In this role, a typical day will look like:
Business Ownership & Execution
- Own the global P&L for the assigned product line
- Develop business cases, forecasts, and growth strategies
- Present performance insights and strategic plans to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement using KPIs and Veralto Enterprise System tools
- Build deep understanding of customer needs, especially in wastewater treatment
- Conduct market segmentation and competitive analysis
- Define pricing strategies and revenue growth initiatives
- Translate strategy into clear commercial execution plans
- Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams globally
- Drive go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Strengthen sales enablement and value proposition positioning
- Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and translate insights into product requirements
- Own global roadmap and lifecycle strategy
- Identify portfolio gaps and growth opportunities
- Monitor product performance across regions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a water, wastewater treatment, or a closely related industry.
- Proven experience owning or contributing to commercial performance (revenue growth, pricing, or business cases)
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
- Strong English & communications skills
- MBA or advanced business education
- Experience with global product launches
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Stage-Gate methodologies
