The Warehouse Replenishment Lead plays a critical role in maintaining an organized warehouse environment, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring products remain accessible and available for fulfillment operations and customers.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising the daily functions and workflow of warehouse associates
- Delegate and assign tasks, monitor productivity, and evaluate team performance
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are replenished in a timely manner to avoid stock shortages
- Oversee inventory management processes including receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Organize storage areas and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Assist in supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring operational efficiency across warehouse teams
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to understand inventory trends and forecast replenishment needs
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and workplace safety procedures
- Organize and conduct training activities for warehouse staff and new hires
- Ensure the proper functioning and safe use of warehouse equipment and tools
- Communicate safety, quality, productivity, and inventory metrics effectively to leadership
- Support customer service needs by assisting with inventory-related questions and ensuring timely order fulfillment
- Lead by example in promoting teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous warehouse, inventory control, replenishment, or lead experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with direct-to-consumer and business-to-business order fulfillment preferred
- Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills required
- Ability to motivate, train, and support team members effectively
- Ability to sit, stand, squat, walk, and maneuver throughout warehouse areas for 8–10 hours per day
- Ability to safely move throughout a warehouse environment, including stairs and stepladders
- Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including moving inventory, stocking products, and standing for extended periods of time
Compensation And Benefits
- $19.00-$24.00/hour depending on experience
